The property was clean and the staff were hardworking and excellent. We enjoyed a clean room with thoughtful special touches. the location is perfect for accessing Nakiyama ski slope and is conveniently close to the slopes, bars, restaurants, the ski lift, Gondola Adam, and Happo bus terminal.

The location was epic, easy access to the slopes and cool hangout spots. the staff were super chill, making sure we were always sorted. the onsen after shredding the pow was absolute vibes!
More late-night activities for the squad to turn up would be sick!

There was the great breakfast and we truly enjoyed the location as well.
We stayed here before; the staff is very amiable and the rooms are cosy. The atmosphere created was quiet. The food was amazing and the bar was large. The hotel was in an excellent location, to other ski resorts. Our stay was a really lovely experience🙂😀

Had a lovely stay, as always! the accommodation is fantastic, with an excellent location right next to the gondola and close to the town. It’s also conveniently located near the Hakuba Hippo bus terminal, making transportation easy. the breakfast offers a wide range of options to choose from.

We had a fantastic three-day stay at this hotel, which was clean, offered great value, and had an amazing location just a short distance from the bus terminal, ski lift, and slopes.

The quirky room layout was a bit odd for a couple, so we did a little redecorating ourselves. the unexpected visit from a curious wild fox outside our window provided some morning entertainment. a cozy stay with friendly owners and convenient amenities, though the early wake-up calls from housekeeping were a tad surprising! Cheers to new experiences!
